And it's Halloween. So this happened. (Also, I'm sure the idea of Laura creating a program in which Kara participated is someone else's idea. (ETA: The name of the educational program is one I accidentally took from lanalucy's awesome Kara, Laura series, The Healing Arts, a wonderful series that is far more nuanced and amazing than this little thing and I'm so glad Ms. Lana is amenable to letting me keep it in this story.)
