I adore Laura but she's not perfect. Sometimes she's very opinionated and she'll go to great lengths to do what she thinks is best. She'll sacrifice personal relationships, even, if she feels she's acting in a way that will preserve humanity as a whole. She has a manipulative side and she's very, very good at it.
I love the fact that you've brought up the idea that Kara and Billy aren't sure about Laura's intentions here. Kara truly did go to hell and back to get that arrow.
